My name is Sam Holmes and I am a Personal trainer based in Epping, Essex.
Having a personal gym set up allows you to not have to attend a public gym where you may fear judgement or feel embarrassed.
I always wanted to be 'in shape' so I needed to lose some weight.
From my own journey I realised I have a passion for the fitness industry and helping others achieve their goals they way I achieved mine.
After loosing weight I felt AMAZING, my ENERGY levels increased, my STRENGTH increased but most importantly my CONFIDENCE increased.
Having been through your journey myself has given me the experience to be able to provide you with the best training to help achieve your goal.
With my knowledge and experience dealing with many
individuals and adapting to their needs, I am confident I can guarantee you life changing results, all you have to do is get in touch.

GROUP TRAINING
Group training is a great way to workout, burn serious calories, and have fun! Having others around helps to push you through those tough exercises, and at £7 a session, That's a bargain!

Sam is very professional and good at pushing you while still having a laugh. While challenging physically, the sessions always feel manageable where we work on smaller sections at a time the hour flies by. I'm never clock watching as I have before in previous classes or gym visits, only looking at the clock to count the 30 seconds or 1 min we take to do whatever exercise we are currently doing. Sam also takes your opinion into consideration, if you want to work on a particular part of your body or have a preference of activity he will build that into your session and is very flexible. The new challenges where we compete against Sam's other clients has been a great addition this year and I look forward to much more training in the year to come.
I initially signed up in prep for my Wedding but with competitive prices, a great but fun workout guaranteed & the perfect facilities come rain or shine we have decided to carry on!
